Term Of Serivce

1. Request
+ concept (including theme, details, vibe…) or you can also moodboard
+ information, files, photos… you want to put in the carrd
+ other requests like layout, notes….
+ gmail & carrd account password (carrd.co) have been verified
+ carrd link name (namelink.carrd.co) and title, subtitle
2. Process
send brief -> sketch ideas -> demo (not include animation) -> final
3. Payment, Fees & Refund
+ payment: paypal
+ remove credit: x2
+ change carrd concept: x0.5 previous price
+ if I miss the deadline, I will refund 100% and take back the product
+ if you cancel the comm at the sketch ideas stage or are updating to prepare for the demo, I will refund the amount you deposited
+ from the demo stage onwards, I will not refund because the commission order is almost 80% completed
4. Deadline
+ Deadline: 1-2 WEEKS NO RUSH
+ If I have not updated anything, please message me, maybe I missed the message, forgot your slot, ....
5. Note
+ you cannot remove my credit on your card
+ the time you give feedback on the times I update WIP will not be counted towards the deadline
+ you can edit at any stage and it is completely free, if you edit more than 20 times, I will cancel the comm and refund.

Term Of Serivce

1. Yêu cầu
+ concept (bao gồm chủ đề, chi tiết, vibe…) hoặc bạn có thể moodboard cũng được
+ thông tin, files, ảnh…bạn muốn để trong carrd
+ những yêu cầu khác giống như layout, lưu ý….
+ gmail & mật khẩu tài khoản carrd (carrd.co) đã được xác minh
+ tên link carrd (tenlink.carrd.co) và tiêu đề, phụ đề
2.Quy trình
gửi yêu cầu -> sketch ideas -> hoàn các chi tiết (trả 100% phí) -> gửi bản demo -> animation -> done
3. Payment, các loại phí & Refund
+ payment: bank hoặc momo
+ trade: req art, đồ thủ công
+ deadline gấp: x1.5
+bỏ credit: x2
+thay đổi conept carrd: x0.8 giá trước đó
+ nếu như mình trễ deadline, mình sẽ refund 100% và thu hồi sản phẩm
+ nếu bạn huỷ comm ở giai đoạn lúc sketch ideas hoặc đang update chuẩn bị lên bản demo thì mình sẽ hoàn lại số tiền bạn đã cọc
+ từ giai đoạn demo trở đi mình sẽ không hoàn lại tiền bởi vì đơn commission đã gần như hoàn thành 80%
4. Deadline
+ Deadline tối đa của mình là 1.5 tháng
+ Mình chỉ nhận deadline gấp tối đa là 2 ngày, hãy báo ngay cho mình khi chúng ta đang trao đổi
+ Nếu mình chưa update gì hãy nhắn tin cho mình, có thể là mình bị trôi tin nhắn, quên slot của bạn,….
5. Lưu ý
+ bạn không được loại bỏ credit cụa mình trên carrd của bạn
+ thời gian bạn feedback những lần mình update WIP sẽ không tính vào deadline
+ bạn có thể chỉnh sửa ở mọi giai đoạn và nó hoàn toàn free, nếu bạn sửa quá 20 lần mình xin phép huỷ comm và refund.
